Beyond the Information Barrier: Empowering Seethampeta’s Future Leaders
In the remote tribal heartlands of Seethampeta, thousands live beyond the reach of mainstream media. Without access to newspapers or television, brilliant young minds remain unaware of the vast educational and professional opportunities awaiting them. This "information silence" often limits the dreams of a generation.
Manya Pragathi was founded to break this silence. We are dedicated to the social upliftment of tribal communities by serving as a vital link between underprivileged students and their professional aspirations. Our focus is laser-targeted on students at the three most critical junctions of their lives: 10th Standard, Intermediate, and Graduation.
Through strategic career planning, employment counseling, and pathways to higher studies, we turn abstract dreams into tangible realities. We don't just provide information; we provide a roadmap out of poverty.

Inauguration of Digital education in the tribal village schools
"Manya Pragathi successfully inaugurated the first phase of its Digital Learning Initiative on the auspicious occasion of the Sankranthi festival (January 15, 2021). We established four digital learning centers across Peddapallakivalasa, Samarelli, Donubai, and Chilagam. This pilot project utilizes Mi Smart (80cm) Android TVs integrated with high-speed fiber-optic networks. This setup allows students to access a vast array of educational content instantly via mobile connectivity, laying the groundwork for a broader expansion into more villages in the near future."
Empowering Tribal Youth through Technology: A Gift from Alambana Foundation
At Manya Pragathi, our mission is to bring the world to the doorstep of remote tribal communities. We started our journey by setting up digital learning clusters using smart technology and fiber internet in four key villages.
We are thrilled to announce that the Alambana Foundation, USA, has joined hands with us in 2022 by donating essential IT equipment worth ₹1 Lakh. Thanks to the generosity of Sri Chava Ajay Kumar and the foundation, we now have a new Digital Writing Board and an All-in-One PC. This infrastructure allows our volunteers to reach students everywhere—from the deepest forests to urban centers—delivering quality bilingual education via YouTube and Live sessions. Our sincere thanks to our partners in the USA for believing in our vision!
"Art with a Mission: On August 9th, Manya Pragathi gathered the vibrant voices of Srikakulam for a School District-Level Tribal Painting Competition at Seethampeta on 09.08.2022. Celebrated on the International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, this event was more than a contest—it was a tribute to the indigenous stewards of our planet. Through their art, participants highlighted the critical role tribal communities play in protecting our biodiversity and championed the global movement for indigenous rights."
Empowering Students: Educational Support & Healthcare Initiative (March 2022)

Exam Readiness: Manya Pragathi provided critical exam-day kits (writing pads and pens) to 30 Class 10 students at the Samarelli Tribal Ashram School. This gesture aimed to boost student confidence and ensure they have the necessary tools for their public examinations.

Holistic Health: Recognizing that health is the foundation of learning, our leadership team also collaborated with James Hospital, Srikakulam, to conduct a comprehensive medical camp at the school premises, providing free screenings and healthcare guidance to the students.
