In order to secure the resources Manya Pragathi needs to exist and carry out its mission and work effectively and efficiently, we have established a vital organizational structure. The proposed structure of Manya Pragathi includes the management and advisory levels, membership, administration and staff, and their interconnections and inter-responsibilities. Manya Pragathi’s long term goal is to create and build an national and international network of community traditional leaders or representatives of tribal, and indigenous groups around the world, functioning and active staff, spearheading the implementation of the organizational mandate in collaboration with partners.
